A rotary installation comprises a frame (1), a pair of rollers (17,18) that define a pinch (22), mounting means (14-16;42,43) for supporting the rollers on the frame, adjustment means (9-13;19,23;38-41) for moving the mounting means and the rollers with respect to the frame as well as drive means (26) for making the rollers rotate. The frame (1) has an essentially flat shape determined by two main faces (4,5) facing away from one another, on one (4) of which main faces the rollers and mounting means are located.
