Two centrifugal disks (13, 14) forming a double disk (5) and having preferably different outer diameters are arranged over each other, the upper centrifugal disk (13, 14) having a central recess (17, 28) for guiding the material to be applied from the dosing elements (4) to the lower centrifugal disk (13, 14). A displaceable guiding element (18, 24) is arranged between at least one dosing element (4) and the associated double disk (5), in such a way that the material to be dosed can optionally be fed to the upper and/or lower centrifugal disk (13, 14).
