Disclosed is a strip-type lamina (10) for the stator (30) of an electric machine comprising a yoke area (12) and several first teeth (18) connected to the yoke area (12) in a single-piece on a first side (14), in addition to first grooves (20) arranged therebetween, and second teeth (22) connected to the yoke area (12) in a single-piece on a second side (16) opposite the first side (14), and second grooves (24) arranged therebetween. The second teeth (22) are arranged in a position of the first teeth (18).
