The invention relates to an adjustable pedal device comprising at least two pedals (1, 23), the initial position of which is adjustable. In a previously known pedal device, an actuator is rotatably articulated to the brake pedal lever while the lever is rotatable about a third shaft (A). Said design has the disadvantage that a second pedal, particularly a gas pedal, cannot be simultaneously adjusted according to said principle because the forces acting upon the individual pedals are not effective in the same direction. The invention relates to a pedal device which has a simple design and in which the initial position of said two pedals can be adjusted in a substantially uniform manner, the two pedals (1, 23) being mounted within a twistable support (3) while being rotated about shafts (B, D) that are offset one relative to the other.
