A safe ocular lens material which is excellent in oxygen permeability, surface wettability by water, and lubricity/wettability, is reduced in surface tackiness, has excellent flexibility and resilience, and gives a final product inhibited from releasing monomers therefrom. The ocular lens material comprises (A) at least one compound having a polydimethylsiloxane structure and an ethylenically unsaturated group bonded thereto through a urethane bond and (B) at least one pyrrolidone derivative having a methylene group as a polymerizable group.
