A lined and flanged bush (1) and method of manufacturing the same comprising the steps of: providing a liner (5) having an aperture (7); locating the aperture in the liner around the spigot (2) such that the liner lies on the surface (6); and stamping out the blank around the spigot to provide a lined and flanged bush.
