The invention relates to a cover plate (1) for obturating a crankcase towards the bottom thereof. Said cover plate comprises a balancing shaft (6) mounted on said cover plate (1). A first pump (4) is mounted on the power take-off end (KS) of the balancing shaft (6) and a second pump (5) is mounted on the power take-off opposite end (KGS) of the balancing shaft (6).
