As the solid treatment subject material, use can be made of, for example, frozen matter (6) resulting from freezing of water (4) by means of chiller (50) and having the frozen state maintained by heat insulating layer (30). Alternatively, as the treatment subject material, use can be made of a gel resulting from gelation of the solvent. Thus, efficient substance micropulverization can be accomplished through light fragmentation.
