In addition, a positioning element (16) is provided for moving the stop lever (8) in order to lock or release the changeover (7). The positioning element (16) comprises an electric motor (16), and a centrifugal force eccentric (17) is mounted on the axle of the electric motor. The electric motor is placed in the vicinity of the stop lever in order to, when the electric motor (16) is activated, strike the centrifugal force eccentric (17) against the stop lever (8) due to the rotation of the motor axle whereby moving the stop lever (8).
