KLAUENPOLLÄUFER FÜR EINE ELEKTRISCHE MASCHINE
Abstract:
The invention relates to a claw pole rotor for an electrical machine, especially a three-phase alternator, comprising two pole wheels (26, 27) carrying claw poles (28 or 29) originating from a plate region (50) and respectively comprising a pole root (53). Claw poles (28, 29) of the pole wheels (26, 27) are arranged in an alternating manner with intermediate gaps (90) thereinbetween on a circumferential part of the claw pole rotor (20). A claw pole (28, 29) has a radially outwardly oriented surface (43) in the form of a cylinder jacket, through which a rotational axis (65) is defined, and a chamfer (68) extends in a circumferential direction and in an edge direction of a claw pole (28 or 29), said chamfer (68) having a central section m in the edge direction, that cuts a transition plane (59) adjacent to the pole root (53) and the freely protruding part of the claw pole (28 or 29). The central section m corresponds to 8/10 of the length of the chamfer (68) oriented in the edge direction, and the claw pole (28, 29) has a width BK oriented in the circumferential direction, a half-width BK defining a point (P) on the cylindrical surface (43) in a plane of the claw pole (28, 29) perpendicular to the rotational axis (65). A tangent (Z) can be inscribed in said point (P), and an angle of inclination A, between 15° and 25°, is enclosed in the plane perpendicular to the rotational axis (65), between the tangent (T) and the chamfer (68).
