The upper end (21) of the second telescopic column (15) is connected to the working platform (10) so as to form an articulated point (22). The swivel arm (16) can be rotated about an axis of rotation along with the second telescopic column (15) by means of a first rotary drive unit (23) while the working platform (10) can be twisted relative to the swivel arm (16) with the aid of a second rotary drive unit (26).
