摘要：
There is provided a value information management system capable of printing electronic data indicating value information such as an electronic receipt and preventing use of printed or unprinted electronic data for unfair billing. A secure memory card (13) securely contains an electronic receipt concerning payment. A printer (14) prints the electronic receipt and erases the electronic receipt stored in the secure memory card (13) after the printing and transmits a receipt ID identifying the printed electronic receipt to a receipt management server (17). The receipt management server (17) manages the electronic receipt identified by the received receipt ID as printed one.
