Preferably, the above-mentioned fluid communication is achieved by the interposition of first connection means (8) capable of being engaged removably by complementary second connection means (9), in which the first connection means (8) are in fluid communication with the above-mentioned steam generating unit (5) and are associated with the structure of the item of furnishings and in which the second 10 connection means (9) are placed in fluid communication with the accessory (6).
