The invention relates to a holder (1) for receiving a torroidal core choke having two or more wire windings (53a, 53b). The holder (1) has mutually opposite hinged side tabs (11, 12) each having a separation device (23, 24) to separate wire windings (53a, 53b) from one another, it being possible to fix the side tabs (11, 12) preferably using the separation devices and preferably substantially parallel to one another. The invention also relates to an inductive component comprising the holder (1) and a choke (53a, 53b, 54).
