The stop device (3) comprises a first stop element (4), which is arranged above the belt (10), and a second stop element (7; 27) which is arranged to the side of the belt (10). The second stop element (7; 27) can be moved back and forth between a first position, wherein it is arranged above the belt (10) and provides the stop, and a second position, wherein it is arranged underneath the belt (10) and provides a through-passage between the first and second stop element (3).
