The invention relates to a method enabling secure communication between a transmitter (10) and a receiver (1), in which a range of power levels transmitted by the transmitter (10) and a range of frequencies within which the transmission is to take place are known or can be detected by the receiver (1). The inventive method comprises the following steps, namely: transmission by the receiver (1) of a transmitter supply signal; transmission by the receiver (1) of a noise signal that dominates the transmission signal, for at least the entire duration of the transmission; and subtraction by the receiver (1) of the noise signal from the signal received, in order to obtain a useful signal. The invention also relates to a receiver device that operates according to the method.
