摘要：
An image-information acquiring unit (101, 801) acquires image information. A component separating unit (102) separates the image information acquired into luminance information and color information. A luminance-component-noise removing unit (105) removes noise from the luminance information using a first noise removing method. A color-component-noise removing unit (106) removes noise from the color information using a second noise removing method different from the first noise removing method used in the luminance-component-noise removing unit (105).
