Said carrying strap arrangement comprises a carrying strap (13) which extends such that the same can be stretched between the vehicle top and the vehicle bottom and whose ends are to be fixed to the vehicle top and the vehicle bottom by means of fittings (14, 15). At least one holding strap (18) that is placed in a strap loop for accommodating the carrying handle (11) of a stretcher is disposed on the carrying strap (13). Said at least one holding strap (18) is slidingly guided through a passage fitting (19) so as to embody the strap loop (26) while the ends thereof are fastened to the passage fitting (19) in such a way that the holding strap (18) is pulled through the passage fitting (19) and the strap loop (26) is constricted under the effect of a load. A spring element (27) which expands the unloaded strap loop (26) is inserted in the strap loop (26).
