In particular in medical diagnostics, analysis or microreactor technology it is frequently necessary to couple fluid conductors (114) to particular, fluid structures, for example, a fluid chip (112). A method for production of a fluid structure (110) is hence disclosed, in which, firstly, an opening (122) accessible from the exterior, is introduced in at least one base substrate (120) of the fluid structure (110). Then, at least one section (130) of a fluid conductor (114), in particular, a tube or hose is at least partly introduced into said at least one opening (122). Furthermore, at least one hardening fluid sealing material (132) is introduced into the at least one opening (122). The at least one fluid sealing material (132) is then partly or completely hardened, which can occur by the effect of electromagnetic radiation, or by a thermal effect. At least one connector channel (136) between at least one inner lumen (118) of the at least one fluid conductor (114) and at least one fluid channel (128) of the fluid structure (110) is generated. On generation of said connector channel (136), mechanical methods, for example, drilling or milling, or also laser ablation methods, laser drilling methods, wet-chemical etching or dry etching and other methods may be used. Said method may be particularly reproducibly carried out, such as to be suitable for a serial production of fluid structures (110). Fluid structures (110), produced by said method have low dead volumes for the fluid connection, whereby said dead volumes are reproducibly produced. Also, several fluid channels (128) may be simultaneously connected to the inner lumen (118) of a fluid conductor (114) and a secure mechanically stable connection between the fluid conductor (114) and a fluid chip (112) may be produced.
