The invention relates to liquid compositions, especially solutions, of at least one organic semiconductor emitting light from the triplet state, in an organic solvent or solvent mixture. Said liquid compositions are characterized in that the concentration of certain compounds lies below a specific threshold value. Also disclosed is the use of the inventive liquid compositions for producing layers of the organic semiconductors on substrates, especially for the electronics industry.
