A system for generating instruction signals arranged in workflow for performing interventions on network equipment’s included in a communication network (N), wherein the equipment’s are associated to Resource Proxy agents (RP1, ..., RPn) each responsible for managing a single equipment in the network (N). The system includes a distributed architecture of intervention management proxy agents (PP1,..., PPn) to generate the instruction signals. The intervention management proxy agents (PP1, ..., PPn) are interactively coupled (PTP) with the Resource Proxy agents (RP1, RPn), whereby the instruction signals are a function of the status of the equipment in said network (N) on which the interventions are performed.
