The invention concerns a ventilating system for an electrical rotating machine of the type comprising a rotor mounted in a stator and a forced-fluid flow cooling device, such as air, provided with at least one fan secured to the rotor and an independent fan (10) arranged so as to be an influencing factor for cooling at relatively low rotational speeds of the rotor. The invention is useful for electrical rotting machines.
