A method of playing a game is disclosed. The game may include a plurality of cards (14) and a selection device (16), the selection device (16) configured to be activated by a user to select a supplemental action from a plurality of supplemental actions. The method may include viewing a first card having a first indicium in a discard pile; activating the selection device to select a supplemental action from the plurality of supplemental actions, the plurality of supplemental actions including a supplemental action that allows discarding at least one card having a second indicium; performing the supplemental action selected by the selection device; selecting a second card having a third indicium that corresponds with the first indicium of the first card; and discarding the second card in the discard pile.
