The core (20) can be folded at a folding portion (23), and the skin faces the core (20). The foam (40) is filled in a space between the core (20) and the skin (30). The fixing member (50) fixes the core (20) that is integrally formed with the skin (30) and the foam (40) and is folded at the folding portion. The core (20) is divided into a body portion (21) and an extension portion (22), with the folding portion (23) serving as a boundary. The extension portion (22) is folded at the folding portion (23) and is fixed to the body portion (21) by the fixing member (50).
