The invention relates to the transmission of information between a data transmitting device and a read and/or write module, in particular, for application in access control. According to the invention, data for transmission is given by the data transmitting device as a digital signal which is converted into an ultra broadband signal by means of the frequency spread method and capacitively and/or resistively transmitted to the write and/or read module via the body of the user.
