An ECU executes a program including the following steps: if battery voltage is equal to or lower than a predetermined voltage Vb (YES at S100) and a step motor is being driven (YES at S102), integrating driving time (S104); and if the integrated time reaches a predetermined time period Ta or longer (YES at S 106), executing a resetting process (S108).
