Between two of said column lines (41, 43,...) which are connected to a first one of said readout circuits (3o, 6o, 7) located at a first side of said pixel cell array (1), there is a column line (42, 44,...) which is connected to a second one (3e, 6e, 7) of said readout circuits located at a second side of said pixel cell array (1) opposite to said first side.
