A container assembly (10) is provided that includes a base container (20) that has an upper opening (28) and an upper container (30) mounted in covering relation over the upper opening (28) of the base container (20). A linkage (50) connects the upper container (30) to the base container (20) in a manner that allows the upper container (30) to be displaced from the covering relation over the upper opening (28) of the base container (20), so as to permit access into the base container (20) through the upper opening (28).
A support assembly (71,72,74) is spaced from the base container (20) when the upper container (30) is displaced from the covering relation over the upper opening of the base container (20) and wheels (60) are disposed toward a lower portion of the container assembly.
A handle (70) is provided for rollingly transporting the container assembly on the wheels (60) in a tilted configuration.
