Disclosed is a ball screw comprising a nut (2) that is disposed on a screw (1) and is provided with a nut piece (3) and a deflection piece (4). The deflection piece (4) deflects balls from an end of a continuous raceway (5) delimited by the nut (2) and the screw (1) to a beginning of the raceway (5). The deflection piece (4) is retained on the nut piece (3) by means of a clamp (6). At least one clamp (6) leg (10) has a first resiliently tensioned section (11) and a second section (13) which is separated from the first section (11) by a slot (18). The first section (11) resiliently braces the deflection piece (4) against the nut piece (3) while the second section (13) non-removably retains the clamp (6) on the deflection piece (4).
