A spray head 30 for use with a biological tissue adhesive applicator 1 for spraying and mixing solutions accommodated in a pair of syringes 2(2a, 2b) respectively to obtain a biological tissue adhesive to be applied to surgical sites has a first ejection port 42a for ejecting the solution accommodated in one syringe 2a in a predetermined ejecting direction, and a second ejection port 42b for ejecting the solution accommodated in the other syringe 2b in a direction which is the same or substantially the same as said ejecting direction, the second ejection port 42b being disposed forward of the first ejection port 42a. According to the invention, when applying the biological tissue adhesive made by simultaneously spraying and mixing the first and second solutions accommodated in the first and second syringes respectively, no plugging occurs at the ejection ports for ejecting first and second solutions, ensuring intermittent applications of the biological tissue adhesive.
