The invention relates to a mounting arrangement (1) for optical devices having a mounting plate (2) forming an undercut guide (3) for receiving a clamping plate (4), the mounting plate (2) comprising a side bar (5) in which an undercut profile groove (6) is formed, and having a strip (7) located opposite the bar (5) movably connected to the mounting plate (2) via a clamping mechanism (8) and a second undercut profile groove (9) forming the undercut guide (3) together with the first undercut profile groove (6), the strip (7) being able to be tightened against the mounting plate (2) by the clamping mechanism (8) to fix the clamping plate (4), whereby the spacing distance between the undercut profile grooves (6, 9) is reduced, characterized in that a second undercut guide (10) is formed by additional undercut profile grooves (12, 13) in the same side bar (5) of the mounting plate (2) and the same strip (7), wherein the guides (3, 10) are both disposed on one side of the plane (X) spanned by the mounting plate (2).
