In this cooling device, the downstream side end of the outer circumferential edge of the cooling fan (21) in the air flow direction is located on the farther air flow downstream side than the downstream side end of the inner circumferential wall portion (52) in the air flow direction, and the angle (α) between a line (L1) connecting the downstream side end of the inner circumferential wall portion (52) in the air flow direction and the downstream side end of the outer circumferential wall portion (53) in the air flow direction and a line (L2) perpendicular to the air flow direction is within the range of 9-45 degrees on the cross-section of the inner circumferential wall portion (52) and the outer circumferential wall portion (53) along the air flow direction.
