Abstract:
The invention relates to a coating composition containing a) 20 to 70 wt.-%, particularly 30 to 50 wt.-% of a clay mineral, b) 20 to 70 wt.-%, particularly 30 to 50 wt.-% of an alkali silicate, c) 1 to 30 wt.-%, particularly 5 to 20 wt.-% of a coating polymer, and a method for the production of coated foam particles, and foam bodies produced therefrom, and the use thereof.
