Upon rotation of the cut lever (51), the cut lever (51) moves the cutter holder (53) in a cutting direction C, the cutter blade (57) presses and cuts the tape (36) in cooperation with the cutter blade receiving member (60). At a point the cutter blade (57) comes into contact with the cutter blade receiving member (60), a line segment connecting a lever shaft center S and a contact protrusion tangent point T becomes perpendicular to the cutting direction C.
