The invention relates to a method for producing (meth) acrylic acid esters (F) of hydroxy-functional flavoring agents (A), wherein at least one hydroxy-functional flavoring agent (A), in the presence of at least one enzyme (E), is esterified with (meth) acrylic acid (S) or transesterified with at least one (meth) acrylic acid ester (D), wherein the reaction occurs in the absence of solvents in the case of transesterification.
