摘要：
A trigger lock for a power tool comprising: a housing; a trigger movably mounted in said housing; a ring element including a slot, the ring element being rotatably mounted in said housing and engageable with said trigger; wherein upon rotation of said ring element to an unlocked position, said slot aligns with a portion of said trigger to allow said portion of said trigger to pass through the slot upon depression of said trigger; and upon rotation of said ring element to a locked position, said slot disaligns with said portion of said trigger to prevent said portion of said trigger from passing through said slot upon depression of said trigger.
