The scanning electrode 2 is formed so as to face one unit of the pixel electrodes 1a. The wiring electrodes 1b, being formed between columns of the pixel electrodes 1a, are formed so as to partially curve or bend along the pixel electrodes 1a connected to another wiring electrode 1b.
