The present invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, comprising an integral sole element (10). The sole element (10) comprises a sole area (20) extending below the foot and a heel cup (30), three-dimensionally encompassing the heel of the foot, wherein the heel cup (30) alone forms at least a partial area of a sidewall of the shoe.
