A device for rehabilitating and/or training equines is described, characterised in that it comprises: - a sleeve element (10) suitable to be applied in a removable and stable manner around an equine shin; - a boot (22) suitable to be positioned on the hoof of the same limb on which the sleeve element (10) is applied; - a first constraint means (16, 18) fixed to the sleeve element (10); - a second constraint means (17, 19) distant from the first and fixed to said boot (22); and - at least one elastically extensible rope (21, 31, 41) having a first end portion (21a, 31a, 41a) connected to the first constraint means (16, 18) and a second end portion (21b, 31b, 41b) fixed to the second constraint means (17, 19).
