A brush includes: a brushing unit (10,10',10",40,40',40") including a bristle-retaining member (100,100',400,400',400") that has a first side (11) and a second side (12) opposite to the first side (11), a plurality of bristles (13,13') retained on the bristle-retaining member (100,100',400,400',400") and disposed on the first side (11), and a pivot connector (14,14',14",44,44") provided on the second side (12) of the bristle-retaining member (100,100',400,400',400"); a handgrip (20,20'20",50,50',50") having a pivoted portion (21,21",51,51',51") that is pivotally connected to the pivot connector (14,14',14",44,44"), a grip portion (22), and a positioning portion (23,53,53") that is disposed between the pivoted portion (21,21",51,51',51") and the grip portion (22); and a resilient component (30,30',30",60,60',60") disposed between the brushing unit (10,10',10",40,40',40") and the handgrip (20,20'20",50,50',50"), and providing a biasing force for urging the positioning portion (23,53,53") to abut against the bristle-retaining member (100,100',400,400',400").
