A steering column device (1) includes a fixed member (4) and a movable member (80) disposed between a jacket (3) and a mount bracket (7). The fix member (4) is located on a mount bracket side, and the movable member (80) is located on a jacket side. The fixed member (4) and the movable member (80) include a lock member (9) and a lock tooth (81b) disposed to face each other. The lock member (9) includes an elastic claw (91,92) having elasticity to achieve engagement with and disengagement from the lock tooth.
