A co-mouldable hose (10) with:
- two rolling bearings (20, 30) arranged along an axis (A) of rotation;
- a spacer (40) interposed between the two bearings (20, 30) and made with a box-type structure made of a plastic material; and
- a housing sleeve (50) preferably made of a plastic material and co-moulded around the two bearings (20, 30) and the spacer (40).
