The invention relates to a bearing assembly (1) for a support roller (2) which is at least sectionally designed in a hollow-cylindrical manner, comprising at least one bearing (3) that supports the support roller (2), wherein a carrier element (5) is directly or indirectly arranged between a ring (4) of the bearing (3) and the support roller (2). In order to enable problem-free support of the support roller by the bearing, even when minor malalignments exist between the bearing and support roller, according to the invention the carrier element (5) comprises two hollow-cylindrical sections (5', 5'') which extend in the axial direction (a) of the support roller (2) or the bearing (3) and are connected to a ring-shaped section (5' '') extending in the radial direction (r).
