The food carrier (20) has a central vertical support structure (22) with a handle (214) and a pair of foldable receptacles (30,32) attached to the central support structure. Each receptacle has side wall panels (40, 42, 44, 28) and a bottom wall structure (46, 47) which enables the receptacle to be folded against a respective support panel (26, 28) of the vertical support structure and to be unfolded to serve as a food receptacle.
