In order to removably fasten the insert upon mounting the same in the flat recess, the insert comprises the following: at least one tongue (59) on a first edge region of the insert for engaging in at least one correspondingly designed groove (48) in the plate and at least one removable fastening device in or on at least one second edge region of the insert that can be operated by rotating and/or shifting at least one component.
