A stroller liner (1000) includes a flexible body configured to nest in the seat portion of a stroller (1001), a track (1008) at least partially embedded in a portion of the stroller liner (1000), and a clip (1009) slidingly engaged with the track (1008), the clip defining an opening for attaching an item to the stroller liner. An item such as a toy, teething ring, pacifier, or other item may be attached. The body may be padded, and may define one or more openings (1007) positioned to receive portions of a seat belt (1006) of the stroller (1001) through the body when the stroller liner (1000) is nested in the seat portion of the stroller (1001), to secure a child in the stroller (1001).
