The present invention relates to a treatment method for manufacturing a hydraulic composition having entrained air, said hydraulic composition including at least one additive and a component including carbon materials. The method includes: obtaining a value representing the adsorption of molecules sought by the carbon materials; and manufacturing the hydraulic composition or treating said component with an amount of additive dependent on said value.
