The invention relates to a tubular compressive orthosis (1) having an upper edge (2) defining a first knitted compression zone (3), and comprising, close to said upper edge (2), at least one grip element facilitating the process of putting on the orthosis. Characteristically, the grip element is a second knitted gripping zone (6, 7) arranged beneath the upper edge (2) and having a mesh density higher than the mesh density of the first compression zone (3).
