The invention is achieved so that the arrangement comprises an electrically conductive metal bushing flange (31), through which the cable (14) is arranged to pass into the enclosure, which flange (31) is fixed to the wall structure of the enclosure, e.g. with screws, and which flange (31) comprises at least one fixing tongue (35) for fixing the cable clamp bars (43) of the cable.
