The invention is innovatingly disclosed to install a high shift transmission pulley train (202) attaching with a clutching device (103) between the input shaft (101)and the output shaft (103) of a continuously-variable transmission device (100) in the same revolving directions, wherein when rotational speed of the output shaft (103) reaches or exceeds setting rotational speed, the clutching device (222) is closed to connect the driven pulley of the high shift transmission pulley train and the output shaft.
